L'application fonctionne plutôt bien, mais les montants de paramétrage des offres ne prennent pas en compte les remises au panier, comme le fait Shopify ! Du coup 50€ au panier n'est pas égal à 50€ chez Chronopost...
The app automatically displays delivery prices at checkout, which is great—if only it worked properly. Many shipments are later charged an additional $17 remote area fee on our monthly bill. This fee is not included in the shipping price shown to the customer at checkout, which causes us to lose money on these orders. This extra charge should be automatically factored into the delivery cost as soon as the customer enters their shipping address, so that the total reflects the true cost upfront.
Nous sommes le 8 mars 2025. Si un client ne nous avait pas signalé que le mode de livraison n'était plus sélectionnable, nous aurions passé la journée entière avec ce problème sans nous en rendre compte. L'application Chronopost ne fonctionne plus du tout, et comme c'est le week-end, le service client n'est pas disponible. C'est une vraie catastrophe. Solution curative : nous avons dû ajouter des modes de livraisons car ceux lié à l'appli ne fonctionne plus... ça ne rassure pas pour la suite...
C'est gênant de ne pas pouvoir proposer aux clients de choisir leur pt relais dans le parcours (avec le forfait shopify standard). Bcp de clients oublient de choisir le pt relais sur la page de confirmation... Le choix du point relais est affiché en anglais (je suis à la Reunion 974) et à aucun endroit du backoffice je peux traduire en FR. Le service client est très difficile à joindre, et pas assez réactif selon moi. Toutefois, le module lui même est plutôt simple à installer. Show more
