Assez décevant (après 1,5 ans d'utilisation) : - Un rapport prix/fonctionnalités assez moyen - Au départ, pas fiable : plusieurs soucis rencontrés concernant les datas de livraison (adresse, téléphone...), le suivi de livraison. Plusieurs interventions ont été nécessaires pour régler les problèmes après de nombreux échanges. - Hélas on attend toujours la fonctionnalité de la liste des points de retrait promise depuis 1,5 ans !!! Dommage car nos clients nous la réclame !! Nous pourrions sans aucun doute toucher plus de clients (réticents) et développer les ventes !! Show more

On ne peut pas imprimer une étiquette avec une imprimante thermique, ce qui rend l'application obsolète. De plus les numéros de suivi ne s'enregistre pas automatiquement dans les commandes. Show more
Avis mitigé. L'application est toujours en cours de développement, l'absence de certaines fonctionnalités et les bugs rendent l'application très compliquée a utiliser, voir problématique. Deux choses rendent néanmoins cette application intéressante: 1) Seule alternative à colissimo, qui bien que plus simple d'utilisation, présente des problèmes de livraison et de récupération des colis. 2) Le service technique de l'application est très réactif et à l'écoute. Un bilan mitigé donc. Une grosse mise à jour est prévue pour le mois d'Avril, donc nous espérons une nette amélioration de l'application à ce moment-là. Show more
