I downloaded this app a few months ago and loved the look and feel of it, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work right for my store. So, I deleted it and tried 5 more apps (probably all of the custom box builder apps available on shopify). I was not happy with any of those, and downloaded this app again. I decided to reach out to customer service to help me. I was so shocked with the help I received. Hamza fixed my tech issues almost immediately, and he was super responsive to any of my questions. Great app! Finally we found an app that responds to the needs of anyone who is looking to provide gift bundle options / DIY gifting. The app works very well, has many options and is easy to use, and most of all, it is simple and fun for users. There are many other apps that try to imitate this one, but their quality and customer support is nothing like StayTuned's. The latter really are happy to help you out and ensure you get the most out of the app. If we could give a suggestion, it would regard the discount encouragements. They allow you to implement discounts and show pop up messages as a user gets closer to reaching a desired number of products or a desired price, which is very handy. However maybe a small illustration (of a gift box filling up, or a progress bar charging) could be interesting to have as well, in addition to text pop up encouragements. People love to "complete things" and this visual aid could be interesting to try one day. We recommend this app to anyone who wants to offer a "create your own gift" on their website.
