I am very happy with the app, works very well. In the beginning it seems quite complex, but after the employees of Koongo helped me well everything works as described.
I used this app to sell a lot of products on BOL. I've encountered several problems in the beginning to set up this app. Carlos helped me every step of the way. He made sure everything worked and followed it up very quickly too!! Very good support!!
Support is amazing and it automated my product and inventory sync between bol and shopify. The app is not incredibly easy to setup, but be sure to ask them to help you set it up and you will receive help. When I installed this, there was no other app that could do something like this for the same price. I don't know if there is now. It's worth it to take some time to make this integration if you want to have a whole list of products you want to export from your shopify store, where you handle your inventories, to bol. Now I can carefree sell a selection of my stock on bol.
After asking for a senior I actually got a great guy that helped me through it all. We had major issues with the dutch/english translation, but he managed to fix it all! OLD REVIEW Support told me to use a specific app to translate, 80EUR and a few hours of manual work later, the translation app doesn't even work with the Koongo system. It has been a month and 80 e-mails later and the integration is still not up and running. I would advice anyone to explore other options.
Works well and is much cheaper than most competitors. Customer service is good and fast, also better than some expensive competitors. The user interface can be slightly confusing but the support team is very good.
