We have very few customers that run into issues, and every time we have brought up a problem, they either have a fix, are working on a fix, or will look into it and jump to action. They are a stand out solution for highly regulated businesses and we are very happy with them!

When we discovered Bluecheck, it seemed like a promising solution that could streamline our checkout process. The main appeal was its ability to verify customers’ ages in the background—without requiring them to manually enter birthdate details. The verification worked quietly based on the billing address provided, allowing most customers to breeze through checkout without even realizing their age was being confirmed. This seamless experience was exactly what we were looking for, and it’s what ultimately convinced us to switch from agechecker.net. Initially, the customer service was responsive, and we felt confident that we had made the right choice. However, we quickly ran into a major issue: the app was charging multiple verifications for a single transaction. This was caused by our excise tax app, which recalculates taxes every time any customer information is updated—triggering repeated verifications. To Bluecheck’s credit, they caught the issue quickly, acknowledged the error, and issued refunds for the first few months. But that goodwill didn’t last. Several months later, the refunds stopped without explanation, and they began ignoring our emails. We even reached out to let them know we were migrating to a new excise tax app—an ideal time to fix the integration problem. We offered to connect them with the new app’s team to collaborate on a solution, but never received a response. At this point, the lack of communication and support became unacceptable. We’ve now switched back to agechecker.net, which consistently provided reliable service and quick support. If you're considering Bluecheck just for the smoother checkout flow—don’t. It might seem appealing to have age verification work invisibly in the background, but that actually creates a compliance risk. When auditors or regulators review your site, they’ll want to see visible age verification measures. An invisible system offers no reassurance that proper checks are in place. Bottom line: steer clear of Bluecheck. The idea is good, but the execution and support are deeply flawed.

Absolutely flawless.....This app works to verify the customers age behind the scenes so they never know.....unless they aren't 21 of course.
