We offered to connect them with the new app’s team to collaborate on a solution, but never received a response. At this point, the lack of communication and support became unacceptable. We’ve now switched back to agechecker.net, which consistently provided reliable service and quick support. If you're considering Bluecheck just for the smoother checkout flow—don’t. It might seem appealing to have age verification work invisibly in the background, but that actually creates a compliance risk. When auditors or regulators review your site, they’ll want to see visible age verification measures. An invisible system offers no reassurance that proper checks are in place. Bottom line: steer clear of Bluecheck. The idea is good, but the execution and support are deeply flawed.
