We have been using Blend for over a year now. We love the simplicity and usability of their platform, the responsiveness of our account manager and the hands-on partnership that Blend provides to our company. We have also seen an increase in Sales and ROAS since using Blend and their ai has really helped our small company maximize our sales.
Switching to Blend has completely transformed our business. Before, agencies recycled the same ads, targeted the same audiences, and pushed us into endless price-off promotions to get sales. Now, we have full visibility and control. We’re selling more full-price products with better margins, and their AI targeting has noticeably lifted our conversion rates. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate - we upload our own creatives, track sales in real time, and adjust campaigns instantly without battling Google or Meta’s clunky interfaces. Blend’s team was incredibly hands-on during onboarding, but now we confidently manage everything ourselves knowing they’re there when we need them and support is only a message or call away. This is hands down the best marketing investment we’ve made in years, we can't recommend the team enough.
Blend is easy to use but the return is just not there. I am getting a 1.7 x ROI with Blend where I am getting 5x that with my own ads. I am using the same creatives and split testing between campaigns but blend just can't get there. If you don't know much about advertising online, this might help set things up for you. But if you do have an understanding of digital marketing, this will not improve things for you. There is a lot of support but it is quite generic, I also had issues with late cancellations of meetings to go over the campaign. It just has not been a great experience on my end and the results just are not there. When you take into consideration the monthly fee and % of ad spend, I will be under a 1x ROAS using Blend. I have to follow the data and continue to work on my own campaigns instead of Blend.
We used Blend AI for around 18 months, overall the experience was good and their customer service is great. The app is certainly an approach to setting up you campaigns when you have no experience with google ads, facebook, instagram. Only problem we experienced is a rather low ROAS of 1.8 over the 18 months. They did try and work with us to improve it but didn't work. As we only had a smaller ad budget of $2000/mo with their fees our costs were around 20% of that budget, so it was just no viable for the business.
