I'm in the setup phase and it's going super well. Their app is very intuitive. When I did need help, support was only a chat box away. I've spoken with two support staff so far and both were patient, helpful, and kind. I'm impressed so far. I keep wondering what the catch is since the cost is so low. So far there isn't any.
