Die App an sich funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings fehlen einige wichtige Features. Für mich persönlich ist es die fehlende Übermittlung der Zahlungsmethode, die mir viel zusätzliche Arbeit macht. So muss ich die Rechnungen immer nochmal händisch bearbeiten, bevor ich sie abschließen kann. Bei einem initialen Beratungsgespräch vor (8 Monaten) wurde mir gesagt, dass dieses Feature schon auf der To-Do-Liste steht, aber bisher ist leider nichts passiert. EDIT - fast 1 Jahr später: Die Funktion zur Übermittlung der Zahlungsmethode wurde zwischenzeitlich implementiert, hat aber nicht funktioniert - egal welche Zahlungsart der Kunde verwendet hat, es wurde immer "Sonstiges" ausgegeben. Dies habe ich dem "Chief Product Officer", mit dem ich im Austausch war, mehrfach mitgeteilt. Irgendwann hat man mir nicht mal mehr geantwortet. Bin unfassbar sauer und habe noch 6 Monate im Abo, die ich schon bezahlt hab, aber nicht nutze, weil das System mir mehr Arbeit macht, als es mir abnimmt. Show more
We have been using Billomat for 5 years now and were previously using the old shopify app (now deprecated) to connect to Billomat. This new app is far superior and improved in many ways. The best feature imo is to be able to precisely define at what stage (ie order created/fulfilled/payed) invoices are created and sent to the customer. . We use Billomat because it allows us to customise invoice design and email notification design, thus helping us to keep our customer facing consistent. . We recommend this app. . Here are some ideas on how to further improve the app: . Fix: - the app adds labels with the invoice number to orders. If the order already has labels, those labels are overwritten instead of the new Billomat label being added to the current set of labels. . Enhancement: - add support to import shipping address in addition to billing address - add support to display payment status and method on invoices (paid with Visa ***1234) .
