I signed up for the free trial to test the service, but it ended up not being what I was looking for. I went over the trial period by just two days and was charged $350. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming Shopify was at fault, even though they could have easily issued the refund themselves. On top of that, the app isn’t customizable at all. They try to turn you into a client through the app, so it’s more like a marketing tool for their agency rather than a functional app. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unhelpful. Show more
