I HATE it when people write reviews before they have actually used an app. (Hello folks! It's totally not helpful when you do that!) So, after 6 weeks of using Adscale at this point, I can truly say that this app and the people behind it are incredible. The app itself works well and is already making me $, and I feel like I'm just getting started in terms of understanding all it can do and getting things optimized. Also, the customer service/support with Adscale has been exceptional. (And I don't hand out compliments like that unless they are earned.) When I first signed up for Adscale, I was contacted within a few hours with offers of help to get set up. I want to give a special shout out to Nicole, who has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful as she has answered all my questions and helped me get everything dialed in. I've had my store on Shopify for over 10 years now, and I have never before used an app that has actually done what it promised to do, was affordable, and had amazing support all in one place.
