Natalie was amazing in detailing out explanations to my questions. I'm a total newbie and she made the transition to adscale very easy. On top of that she responded quite fast even on Christmas Eve/Day! I was not expecting that. Really robust system, with a lot of features and possibilities, yet easy to setup and even easier to let run and optimize. The support from Nicole has been amazing and a MAJOR help as we got going.
