AdScale AI Ads Meta/Google Ads

Facebook and Google have both advised to stop using. Adscale is ruining our reach and sales. The system is very buggy and has a lot of issues now. Not sure what they have done, but after using them for over a year it is terrible now!!

AdScale has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The AI-powered campaign automation etc makes it much easier to manage ad's and our manager Kesniya is flawless. She does an amazing job for us! The setup was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive whenever we needed help. Overall, it's a very reliable tool to up your sales!

I had a very disappointing experience with AdScale. The platform burned through my advertising budget much faster than expected while delivering very poor conversion results. The AI optimization capabilities are heavily marketed, but in my experience the AI was not nearly intelligent enough to justify the cost. The pricing is extremely expensive compared to the value provided. Despite giving the platform enough time and budget to optimize, the performance remained weak and the return on ad spend was far below expectations. Instead of improving profitability, it felt like the system was accelerating ad spend without generating enough sales to support it. What made the experience even more frustrating was the quality of customer support. Response times were slow, assistance was limited, and I did not receive the level of guidance or problem-solving support I would expect from a premium-priced platform. Overall, I found AdScale to be overpriced, with weak AI capabilities, poor conversion performance, and disappointing customer support. Based on my experience, it was difficult to achieve positive results, and I would be very cautious before investing significant advertising budget into this platform.
