A2X is a great app that makes it much easier to record sales properly into my accounting system, which in my case is Xero. I never have to worry that refunds, fees, and other special cases are taken care of correctly. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I will say I tried the COGS addon but didn't make sense for my business, not to say it wouldn't for others. Show more
We're using A2X to link our Shopify store to our Xero accounts. The COGS reporting doesn't link automatically into the costs held in Shopify, which is very frustrating, and it also doesn't support category tracking. I'm surprised that neither feature was part of the minimum viable product for A2X as both seem like a basic requirement to me. Apparently the automatic link is under development, but there's no information from the support team on a planned release date. We're looking at other options now. Show more
This app has saved me hours of analysis. Saving hours of data entry and analysis in excel has been so freeing, but I also really appreciate the data integrity. Setting up the accounts mapping means that my fees etc are always recorded to the same account. Show more
