No recomiendo ni la App, ni la empresa, no se cual es peor. La app es pesima, no tiene ni para cotizar, es de lo más basico y pobre que he visto en Shopify, y la empresa ufff! te retienen un paquete y despues de esperar 1 hora al menos al telefono y si tienes suerte te contesten, solo diran que envies un mail y no pasara nada. Llevo 22 días con 3 paquetes, y no responden, ya ni siquiera son economicos. No los recomiendo ni comprando sus guías por otros intermediarios, es mucho mejor fedex y estafeta Show more
He usado por varias semanas la app, su uso es muy sencillo y se sincroniza con los pedidos muy bien, lamentablemente no cumplen con los tiempos de recolección, hago mis pedidos en la noche para que al día siguiente sean recolectados y la mitad de las veces tardan mas de 1 dia en hacerlo, con su supuesta recolección no exitosa y ponen fotos de google street view o de otras ocasiones que pasaron, me han dejado hasta 11 pedidos en atraso por una semana hasta que el mensajero se dignó a recolección, en soporte nunca te ayudan y tu debes reembolsar al cliente que vive en tu misma ciudad por la entrega en una semana después... pésimo servicio en la mitad de los envíos, eso sí, sus precios son muy competitivos, por eso la sigo usando mientras encuentro algo mejor. Evita a toda costa usar 99 minutos, es una empresa absolutamente deshonesta, tienen una promesa de valor que solo cumplen menos del 10% de las veces de acuerdo a mis históricos de envíos. Dejé de usarlos por las constantes quejas de los clientes. Usa mensajerías serIas aunque te cuesten más caro y así evita perder clientes. Show more

Hola, yo no he usado la aplicación, pero sí he usado su servicio y no ha sido exactamente como lo platican, no entregan el mismo día, no entregan en 99 minutos y si cancelas el envío de todas maneras te hacen los cargos. El servicio de soporte es lento y no te resuelven nada, Show more
