it is such a pleasure to meet you. i am sharon k. summerfield, the founder of the nourished executive. at the nourished executive we are passionate about coaching business professionals to manage stress and nourish their wellbeing to avoid burnout.  together we help you discover the sweet spot to move from surviving to thriving, intertwined with psychological safety, built on a foundation of nutrition and wellness.  this is a conversation looking at strategies to harmonize life where work is only one part. i am a registered holistic nutritionist and a certified breath coach.  i take my learnings and experience from working as a project manager/executive assistant across the sectors and intertwine this my experience as a holistic nutritionist and breath coach to share strategies to help you invest in your wellbeing to prevent burnout. i have an extensive interest in nutrition and wellness, where i incorporate more nourishing food in my daily life, along with the projects, events, meetings and conferences i plan. i am a life-long learner, and love to read, with a strong commitment to giving back and lifting others. to relax, i like to take a recipe and make it more nutrient dense.  like life there are small changes we can make to feel nourished in all we do. i am a connector and love to find those intersections where we find ways to support each other and work in collaboration. i look forward to connecting with you.
