I have installed your app Whatflow and its a good addition to our existing business. There is an improvement needed in fulfillment feature that whenever an order is fulfilled the tracking details link is not clickable. The reason I think that is whenever a new number receives a message first time this happens. So if a customer places their second order the link become clickable. Please have a look into it as I am willing to add your app on 2 other brands as well.
Just started using this app, and honestly it's very easy to use, I was previously using another app which does same work but thought I'd try this one, and honestly Whatflow is way too easy to manage and thanks to Tags feature, catering the orders daily is pretty simple, easy and manageable now!
