The team is very responsive to feedback and is happy to provide solutions and ideas. Installing and implementing a plethora of video widgest on your website is pretty easy and intuitive, and you can even bulk publish a bunch of videos, but that depends on your store and the type of content you'll be sharing. Some of the features could be improved on (like analytics dashboard), but no app is perfect and this one is very close to it.
