When we did our shopify inventory, over 700 Etsy listings were removed that we paid to activate etc. When I reached out for support, he questioned me about them even existing. Very Very rude customer "support" - do not use them. Edited to add in response: As stated in my review about your company, it was the way you treated me. If I could upload photos of the way you've spoken to me, accused me of making up our listing, bragged about your subscribers etc, I would. The bottom line is you treat people terribly Justin. You are very rude, short, cocky and talk down to people. I reached out for help and instead I received insults, accusations and smart aleck responses. That is my complaint with your company. Great app with responsive customer support. I use this app to bulk update inventories between Etsy and Shopify. I have tried many apps to solve this headache, and Vela is hands down the easiest to use. They truly listen to customer feedback, and they have a roadmap full of upcoming updates. So many app subscriptions will take the money and run with few improvements and little customer support. It's refreshing to find a company whose developers are still involved in continuous improvement and updates. Show more

I love the idea and really hoped that it would help to manage my hundreds of products. More specifically, I wanted to use this app to add and remove variations across multiple listings. This app allows you to use variation profiles to add/remove variations across multiple listings, but unfortunately I still have to go into every product and re-link photos to each variation. This is extremely time consuming when there are 30+ photos on each product. I believe this is an overall Shopify issue and not directly tied to Vela app, but having to do this every time I make a change to a variation profile is ridiculously time consuming so I'll be on the lookout for a better way to manage our products. I had an issue with my photos syncing to my variants in Etsy and Justin got with me within minutes to help. We did a share screen and not only did he give me a much quicker way to link my photos but I learned all that I have been missing out on! Getvela is a super handy tool to have and their customer support rocks! The upgrade is a must need for your online shops! Show more
