Excellent easy to use and low cost software. We have used many companies and Veeqo is our favorite.
Such useless support doesn’t exist in any other organization. Most likely inherited from Amazon. Tickets remain unresolved for 2-3-4 months. UPS claims can’t be filed because a master account is required, and Veeqo says, ‘File it yourself, we don’t know anything,’ while UPS says only a master account can file the claim. USPS labels are deleted, but they always stay on the USPS scan form and later appear as accepted packages. Consequently, no one will refund you for the label. In one of my favorite movies, there was a phrase: ‘an avalanche of sh*t.’ This perfectly describes this app. Show more
