Tenemos tiempo trabajando con la app y tiene costos muy competitivos en los envíos, es rápida y fácil de usar. Ahorramos mucho tiempo. En cuestión del soporte por WhatsApp app nos atiende Ana, es una ventaja sea una persona con quien referirnos y así se brinden soluciones rápidas y efectivas.
Tuvimos una buena experiencia AL INICIO trabajando con Triciclo (Go Shipping), pero este año cambiaron sus políticas sin previo aviso y la calidad del servicio ha caído drásticamente. Una de las principales fallas es que sus guías solo tienen un intento de entrega. Si el cliente no está disponible o no responde la llamada del mensajero, el paquete se regresa de inmediato y debes pagar otro envío para reenviarlo. Esta política no fue comunicada de manera clara y nos generó múltiples problemas. Además, varios de nuestros envíos con DHL se extraviaron, con una pérdida total de aproximadamente $8,000 MXN en productos. Al reportarlo, Triciclo simplemente se deslindó diciendo que sus guías no tienen seguro, lo cual jamás fue informado ni se ofrece la opción de pagar un seguro adicional. Desde que manifestamos nuestra inconformidad, dejaron de responder mensajes. Ya no hay forma de cancelar guías ni resolver incidencias: simplemente no hay respuesta. Su sistema tampoco es funcional. A diferencia de plataformas como envios.com, aquí todo debe reportarse por WhatsApp con una persona llamada Ana, quien a veces responde y otras no. En una ocasión incluso me dijo que el servicio que nos daban era “de favor”. Si estás vendiendo guías, no estás haciendo favores: estás ofreciendo un servicio que debe ser completo, profesional y confiable. No recomendamos esta empresa en absoluto. No son serios, no se hacen responsables y pueden causar grandes dolores de cabeza logísticos. Mucho cuidado.
La app es buena aunque hay muchas cosas que pueden mejorar, les falta un buen tester para darse cuenta de detalles de sentido común. Por otra parte el servicio de "atención al cliente" últimamente ha dejado muchísimo que desear...una decepción. Show more
Me encanta esta integración, no solo por la facilidad de uso, sino por la atención tan personalizada de su servicio al cliente. En mi caso Ana es quien siempre me ayuda a aclarar dudas e incluso me apoya en el gestión de temas con las mensajerías, a pesar de que no son su responsabilidad. Definitivamente les recomiendo el servicio si quieren tener acceso a precios razonables y facilitarse la vida en el tema de envíos. Cabe destacar que he usado otras apps para integrar envíos, pero el servicio al cliente de ésta hace muchísimo la diferencia. Show more
