Doing the install right now. It is a very powerful software. Will take some time to get used to because of all the options you have. Customer service is very good, very attentive and detail oriented. The support articles are extensive. This has everything you ever could have imagined. Switched from Yotpo Loyalty which was good customer service and good program but pales in comparison to the feature count of Toki - and Toki comes at a better price. Very glad I found them, and I have no doubt they will be continuously improving the experience. Show more
Toki has been pretty amazing so far. For the past few years we've been looking for a good rewards + loyalty + referral system, finally we found this one with ALL the features we want. All the settings are easy to navigate, the interfaces for front-end and back-end are very pleasant to use. Although the pricing can get hefty if you want all the features, but there are options to start easier and then progress into more advanced functionalities. The only suggestion I have so far is to have a longer trial period for new users, there are so many things to configure, it's not an easy task for any small business to complete within two weeks time. We are very looking forward to launch our membership program with Toki's help. Show more
