The Only Referral App You Need! After testing over ten different referral apps on the Shopify App Store, I can confidently say that Toki is the only one worth using, especially if you're looking to reward customers based on actions (such as account sign-ups) rather than purchases. Most apps claimed to support this functionality, but after digging into each one and wasting time back and forth with slow overseas support teams (many of whom only offered calls at inconvenient hours), it became clear none of them could deliver. A few offered custom builds, but only if our store signed up for expensive premium tiers, some exceeding $250/month. I was beginning to think this kind of referral program wasn’t possible without a ridiculous cost. Then I found Toki. From the moment I installed the app, I could tell this app was top tier. The UI is far easier to navigate than the others I tried. Shortly after downloading, Jason from the Toki team reached out. We jumped on a call, and he personally walked us through setting up our campaign. The exact referral feature we needed required a slight adjustment, and Toki was more than happy to help. Jason had the feature ready by the next day, and it worked flawlessly. I’ve worked with many app developers while managing this Shopify store, and without question, Toki has provided the best support we've experienced.
