Very good affiliate platform for starters. TradeDoubler are a globally-renowned company and I think it's a great idea to make the platform available to smaller brands. I have worked with TradeDoubler on different brands and I've always had good results. I selected the cheapest plan in order to test it out and I had over 30 affiliates joining my program, after a few hrs. The integration with Shopify was easy and straightforward. The platform includes key reports to monitor your traffic. You'll find the same affiliates that you'll find on the main TradeDoubler platform. I'm also happy with the customer support. I was contacted quickly and scheduled a call with my Account Manager. The only negative point is that when you start an affiliate program, it's restricted to 1 geo. If you want global reach, you'd have to pay for additional programs/geos. However, this is how the other major affiliate networks operate as well. I think this should be mentioned in the pricing plans though. If anyone needs help with integration to your Shopify store, pls feel free to reach out. Show more
Stay away from this app at all costs. Also, the 30-day FREE trial is a bait and switch. You will get charged for a whole month so they can 'remove your program'. I got '32k' clicks to my website...yet analytics does not show this on any of our reporting tools. Also, not ONE product had been viewed after '32k' clicks. We have a 4% CVR on ALL our marketing channels, but for some reason '32k' clicks from this service produced not even ONE view product or initiate checkout. I emailed saying to cancel and instead, I got a response to add more affiliates from their 'network'. I believe it is just a bunch of bot sites that send clicks to make you feel like you are getting something. I see after a week my account still was not canceled and had to manually do it. They claim it takes 30 days to delete links so they will CHARGE you $75 for a month of not having an active account. I will be disputing this charge and reporting the fraudulent activity to Shopify directly. Show more
