No existe la atencion al cliente, hacen cargos por sobrepeso sin sentido e inexistentes, me estan cobrando un dineral en sobrepesos, no hay a quien contactar, su IA no da soluciones, no lo recomiendo, y eso que soy un cliente que hace mas de 400 envios mensuales. Por ejemplo una caja de zapatos me estan poniendo que pesa 13 kilos, cuando el peso volumetrico y peso real no pasa ni los 2 kilos, y asi muchos sobrepesos mas. ademas carisimos. A partir del 2026 se han dedicado a robar, subir precios y hacer cargos por sobrepeso que no existen. ADEMAS NO HAY A QUIEN CONTACTAR Y DE LA CARA POR LA EMPRESA PARA UNA SOLUCION.
Las recargas no se reflejaron, atención al cliente ni siquiera ha dado respuesta en chat, dificil contactarlos, ocupo mi reembolso!
