We migrated to Shopify from WC in the last 30 days. We could not figure out how to move our active memberships. Submitted a ticket for support. 11 days later received a response to that ticket. By then we’d already taken other action. Very disappointing. Show more
We've looked into Recharge as we will be exploring subscription options in the future for our business. Set up was simple, quick, and easy. I also spoke with Ben from their team who provided insight on the product and was very helpful. I wish I could give this app 1/2 a star. Initially, app worked as expected - but over the last year, we have experienced key functionality failures. My business missed out on thousands of dollars that were supposed to be auto-charged by this app and despite the date being set... it did not charge the customers. Now we have to go back and attempt to manually reach out to each customer for those payments. What a nightmare and embarrassment. I will no longer be using this app. Oh and there is no way to contact a live rep - only via emails. Wish I never used this service. Show more
Truly an awful system that we have nothing but issues with. There is always some limitation or issue to face.. nothing is straight-forward or easy. Customers can never update the subscriptions themselves and often email me stating they have tried so many times to change something and they give up. I will be changing to another system as soon as I possibly can! Show more
