Setting up is easy. Since its a free native app from Shopify, I believe it will already be optimized for performance. A lot of merchants have requested for options to customize designing, and Shopify has assured it is in the works. I have a few suggestions: 1. Give option to add separator line between sections 2. Give option to add a different email id for each submission to be sent to, instead of registered email id. 3. Allow exporting submission entries on demand 4. Allow making headers bold 5. For single-line and multi-line text fields, allow adding headers 6. Allow splitting form into multiple pages 7. Include "OTHERS" as a default option for radio buttons where needed, and when selected, give an option to include a field for users to add text Thanks Team Wet and Dry Personal Care Show more
