At first this app was working great for me, the flow of the forms was exactly what I was looking for. It was sort of a hassle linking it on the pages I needed them on but once I figured it out it looked great. I don't know for how long this has been occurring, because it used to work, but I checked my website on Safari and the multiple forms I had made do not show up on the Safari browser (I checked on multiple devices and no result). When I checked on Chrome they did show up. I am unsure if other people have had this issue, but I'm sure a majority of my traffic uses Safari and will not have access to the forms that would help me as a business tremendously. Show more

Real easy to set up and pretty complete, however, it is too bad that the forms don't load on Iphone.. Show more
It's OK for a very basic use especially for start ups. However disappointing that extraction of the data captured is not possible unless you install another 3rd party app which you might need to pay for. Show more
