Sendlane is everything I wish my old email provider was. Incredible customer service. Thoughtful. Hands on. And actually works! If you're not on Sendlane you're overpaying for email & sms marketing. Very poor support, we just started to work with app and information given us by support and product support manager was different. F.e. once you have account with your email, its not possible to get user role for other account (even if the previous account was deleted). Product manager told us it was possible, support on chat told us its not possible because it is the way how their system works. Show more

We have been using this tool for 3 months, managing over 15 shops. Apart from the issue that pre-scheduled campaigns are not sent at the scheduled time and need to be manually dispatched, we were charged twice in the last month. Following the double billing, our account was unexpectedly archived without prior notice, and we received the message 'Your Sendlane account is no longer restorable as it is archived. Show more
