App doesn't track metrics correctly. The beacon fails regularly and customer service is no help. The reporting dashboard is basically worthless as its not reporting metrics correctly on the sends. I can see on my pixel orders from Sendlane email referrers, but dashboard in Sendlane says $0 in revenue. Show more

We worked with Sendlane for a year and it was not a good experience. Their sales team will over-promise and the rest will under-deliver. Constant bugs in their system, lack of communication, and they don't have a white-glove service that they say they have. Avoid SMS at all costs. They are not setup for SMS. Switching from our previous providers to Sendlane cost us at least an extra 20K in revenue and hurt our customer retention. Sendlane is all hype and no follow through. Show more
