Here are some of the key issues I've encountered: Difficult to Use: The app's interface is not very intuitive, and it takes a while to understand all the features. Shopify Integration Issues: Integrating Reviews.io with Shopify wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. I encountered several challenges during the setup process. Limited Functionality: The app is missing some standard essential features for this tool. For example: Lack of Integration: There are no native integrations with popular marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Nosto, limiting the ability to leverage review data for targeted campaigns. Limited Review Moderation: Inadequate tools for effectively moderating reviews make it challenging to address negative feedback or remove inappropriate content quickly. Poor Branding Options: The review widgets have limited customization options. Essential elements like colours and fonts are difficult to change, making maintaining a consistent brand experience across the site challenging. Overall, I would not recommend Reviews.io to other Shopify store owners. Other apps on the market offer a more user-friendly experience and a wider range of features without requiring you to step outside of Shopify's billing system. Would Recommend If: You are comfortable with a complex interface and don't mind spending time figuring things out.
