Rep AI: ChatGPT Concierge

We've been with Rep for a while now, and it is a fantastic addition to the store. It's consistently improved our e-commerce conversion rate and allowed us to prioritize our service efforts with our customers. The recent addition of Chat GPT functionality is a game changer. It's like having a customer service rep with instant knowledge of our entire catalog. We have employees who have worked with us for years, who do not have the detailed product knowledge this integration provides. Rep AI has been a pretty great experience so far! No, I am not an AI writing this review. How can you tell? Because I wrote two negatives into one sentence making it a positive which is something AI would not do, a mistake. Also, I did not travel back in time to stop Sarah Connor so there is that. With all seriousness, Rep is much better than we expected. Their software is easy to use, all their implementations have increased our AOV and profit margins. Their staff, Ruben and Dafi, are super helpful and always there when you need them. Rep AI has transformed our customer service and had a significant impact on our conversion rate. Rep has seriously helped us expand our customer service capabilities. My CSM Dafi has been incredible throughout the onboarding and development of our account. We absolutely love our product finder and it really helps customers figure out what product will fit their space. If there are any issues, Dafi is right on top of it and we have bi-weekly meetings to continue to improve our customer's journeys. She is so detail-oriented and always on it when it comes to improving our flows and questions. I am so excited to see how we continue to grow using Rep.
