Great app - easy setup and amazing customer service.
This app is an absolute no brainer. If you have customers that provide the wrong shipping address (happens to every store owner really) this app allows your customer to edit their shipping address after checkout. You can easily set the amount of time allowed for editing the order after it's been placed. 15 minutes has been our sweet spot. If you like saving time, money, preventing chargebacks, etc this is your app.
This app has significantly reduced the number of customer service issues we encounter. Allowing customers to quickly adjust their address or change products has been a game-changer and a time-saver. Set up was a snap, and the customer service is excellent. They are quick to implement new ideas and product suggestions. I can't recommend this app highly enough! This app has been incredibly helpful in allowing customers to update their shipping address and add/edit order notes. This has helped improve efficiencies for our customer service team since they no longer have to field these requests and manually update orders in our admin. Also, since we're a small not-for-profit retailer, it gives our customers peace of mind during times when we're not monitoring our customer service email, such as over the weekend and on holidays. We discovered an issue with customers being asked to pay for shipping after redeeming a free shipping discount code. I brought this issue to the support team's attention, and they responded promptly, finding a workaround to resolve the issue. Great support and an amazing addition to our webstore!
