Great app - easy setup and amazing customer service.

This app is an absolute no brainer. If you have customers that provide the wrong shipping address (happens to every store owner really) this app allows your customer to edit their shipping address after checkout. You can easily set the amount of time allowed for editing the order after it's been placed. 15 minutes has been our sweet spot. If you like saving time, money, preventing chargebacks, etc this is your app.

This app has significantly reduced the number of customer service issues we encounter. Allowing customers to quickly adjust their address or change products has been a game-changer and a time-saver.
