I downloaded the app, deleted it after 30 minutes, downloaded it again a week later, tested it for two days, didn't like it, deleted it again. Guess what happened? They charged me $40. It's completely ridiculous. I won't use it again, and I won't let anyone else use it either.

Reinstall = instant $1,299 charge This app just hit us with a $1,299 charge the moment we reinstalled it — not after using it, not after selecting a plan, not after confirming pricing, but simply for reinstalling while evaluating tools. There was no clear warning, no explicit confirmation, no “you are about to be charged $1,299” screen. The charge was calculated off our past 30 days of order volume, which makes this especially dangerous for larger merchants. If you run a real business, this is not a small mistake — it’s a four-figure surprise. When we contacted support, they shrugged and said this is their “policy” and refused a refund. That response says everything. A policy that relies on surprise billing and gotcha UX is not acceptable, no matter how you try to justify it after the fact. This feels deliberately engineered to extract money from merchants who reinstall to evaluate the product — something completely normal in SaaS. No reputable tool charges over $1,000 without crystal-clear, unavoidable disclosure and affirmative consent. WARNING TO OTHER MERCHANTS: if you reinstall this app, you may be charged immediately and massively, even if you don’t end up using it at all. That alone should disqualify this product. We will never use this app again and strongly advise others to choose a post-purchase upsell tool with transparent, ethical billing practices.
