The app took a little work to understand however I asked a question and support responded right away. Then they asked if I'd like them to take a look at my templates and they tweaked my settings for the suggestions they had for me and also some things I forgot to do that would have potentially caused problems.

This app is really good and does what it says. What really is outstanding is the level of the support. I didn't pay for anything yet but I had to ask the support twice today to help me configure some stuff with my funnels and the support was fantastic. I highly recommend.

Really helpful team to support you with the app, adjustable and personal for your brand and easy for customers to use. Enjoying so far and already have had successful increase in order values.

I am updating my old review from 2 years ago. Since then the team improved the app A LOT and it works like a charm. BEST UPSELL APP on Shopify by far. The support is super friendly, patience AND responsive, impressive features. I should have gave the app a second chance earlier. Well done to you guys, wish you all the success you deserve and can't wait to try new features. ---------- // OLD REVIEW // unfortunately since shopify last update regarding checkout apps early november this app is useless. Conversion rate dropped from 30% to 0% I can't recommend it unfortunately
