The 'Thank You Page' loads after Shopify is done so it loads slow. The chat is always available which is very nice.
I'm currently in the process of having my settings copied and repeated in another store as I love Reconvert so much. It's definitely one of those apps I always add!! Plus, the customer service is SO HELPFUL! Alex copied and moved all my settings for me at my request and now he is adding in and formatting a new feature for me that I didn't quite understand.
