Esperienza negativa. Inizialmente il piano era gratuito, hanno iniziato a fatturare un costo mensile senza avvisi, mentre quando c'è un cambio di contratto si deve dare la possibilità di recesso. Inoltre hanno pure sbagliato a fatturare la cifra rispetto al loro tariffario e al momento di rimborsare hanno fatto storie. Sconsigliata

Always amazing customer support. Immediate help and fast resolution with any question about set up that you might have. This is what I, as most of the sellers on Shopify, value the most. Extremely easy to follow guides, pre-set upsell funnels. We were able to increase gross revenue in day one after installing. Can't thank you enough. Really appreciate all Reconvert and Upsell team, especially Anastasia, always there to help and assist.

I use this app to create surveys, upsell, and give discount codes. It has helped me get tons of sales and is super affordable (free up to a certain amount of sales). UPDATE #1 12/1/21 They now have a funnel option that rocks! This is a MUST if you want to have a successful Shopify store. They also have world class customer support. We've increased our AOV by $59 since adding the post-purchase funnels. UPDATE #2 10/26/23 Ash was super helpful and went the extra mile to help me make sure the new post purchase funnel options were working properly. I highly recommend this app for it's functionality, pricing and customer service

great revenue booster, easy to use
