Update: Thanks, Avraham for reaching out and helping, he promised to solve the issue and make everything well, many thanks to him! . . . . . . . . . . I do not recommend this at all, very bad technical support, I sent an email 17 days ago and I follow up with them trying to solve the problem almost daily but there are no real solutions from their side and they procrastinate! Do not waste your time with them because they will not help you in case you face any real problems with them! And their ROI calculation is not accurate at all and gives wrong numbers especially when the store currency is not in US dollars, and they do not acknowledge this problem! The program writes a high fictitious ROI because they guarantee that it is always positive so it is fictitious! And when you calculate it actually it becomes clear that they are lying so that their guarantee does not fall!
