Post-Trial Fees: After the trial, the cost depends on your store’s total order volume, plus 0.75% of additional revenue generated by the app. While this seems performance-based, it may not suit smaller businesses with fluctuating sales. Important Note: Billing begins automatically after the trial, even if the app remains inactive. This can catch users off guard if they forget to disable or fully utilize the app. Pros: The trial period is a good opportunity to experiment. The app seems focused on increasing Average Order Value (AOV) and profits. Cons: Automatic billing, regardless of usage, feels restrictive. Transparency in pricing could be improved with a clearer breakdown of potential costs upfront. Final Thoughts: While ReConvert may work well for businesses ready to leverage its tools actively, I’d advise keeping a close eye on your trial end date to avoid unexpected charges. As to Customer Service, Saumya did an excellent job to assist me during the installation and answering my questions.
