Used to work. Hasn't worked properly for months. Won't automatically update anymore. Have twice tried contacting them for assistance and never received a reply. I'm done with it. Edit to reply - I have checked - I have no duplicate collection by the same name in my collections list. Next Update: I'll pass on the offer for assistance to figure out the issue now thanks. We are manually doing the updating to the collection and like how we can manually group our products as it is no longer automated. Thanks for the contact. Show more
