I have been using Realtime View for about a month after moving over from a different app to track my site activity. I'm not a user of the 3D functionality but the live table is by far the most useful tool I've found. I had a couple of teething issues but Peter and the team have been really responsive and fixed any issues I was having quickly. Very impressed with both the app and the customer service. Show more
This application does not show the number of visitors in real time. In fact, in a day, it reports half the number of visitors compared to the number of users given by Shopify or Google Analytics. In the moment when I write this rewiew, Shopify says I have 7 visitors (live view) and the app says I have none Show more
Hello, it is a nice app, that could be improved a lot, for example I suggest to add realtime allerts when someone adds something to the cart, or if there is a returning visitor, etc... also I would improve the avatars maybe they can have a little flag with their country, or how much they have in the cart without opening the detail panel. thank you Show more
