Wir sind super happy mit der Ravioli-App. Die Installation war total unkompliziert, die App läuft einwandfrei und lässt sich easy an den Shop anpassen. Auch guten Support für besondere Anfragen. Unsere Kund:innen feiern die Mehrweg-Option, und es passt perfekt zu unserem Anspruch, nachhaltiger zu wirtschaften. Nach kürzester Zeit wählen schon richtig viele diese Option – das freut uns natürlich besonders. Auch in Sachen Fulfillment war alles easy: Die App erstellt einfach eine zusätzliche Bestellposition, die wie eine ganz normale SKU ans Lager geht. Einfach super :)
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Ravioli und der App. Die Installation hat einwandfrei funktioniert, das Pop-Up kann selbst bearbeitet werden und das Team steht bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Auch individuelle Bedürfnisse wurden schnell umgesetzt (z.B. ausschließen, dass die Ravioli-Option für bestimmte Produkte (in unserem Fall aufgrund des Gewichts und der Transportsicherheit) nicht angezeigt wird.) Fazit: Ravioli ist eine super Lösung für den Versand in Mehrweg-Verpackungen!

Wir sind super happy mit Ravioli und können es jedem DE Shop nur empfehlen. Die App lässt sich einfach installieren, funktioniert einwandfrei und der Support war 1A. Die Konfiguration nach unseren Bedürfnissen (Logik, ab wann die Mehrweg-Versandoption möglich ist) und das Anpassen an unser Shopdesign dauerte keine 10 Minuten. Da wir ein exterenes Fulfillment haben, war es für uns wichtig, dass hier kein zusätzlicher Aufwand seitens Fulfillmentpartner nötig war. Da Ravioli aber eine zusätzliche Bestellposition erstellt und dies wie eine normale SKU ans Fulfillment übermittelt wird, war auch dies super gelöst und brauchte keine grossen Anpassungen seitens Fulfillment. Bei unseren Kunden kommt der Mehrwegversand ebenfalls super an und nach 1 Monat wählen bereits 25% der Kunden in Deutschland diese ökologische Versandoption. Bravo an die Entwickler und macht weiter so!!!
