We have been using Bold Product Option App for several years now. Started with Version 1 and have progressed to Version 2. The user interface with version 2 was slightly different but did not take long to get used to it. This version 2 gives us the ability to use swatches and pricing with our Lens Products and the conditional logic is essential. The only draw back has been the cross over with Time Zones causing some support reply delays. There is always an issue with this app, 80% of the time the app is working ! But when it's done it's always hard to fix, indeed you definitly cannot count on the support. They answered in a week or when you already stop using the app ! I am not recommend it ! Show more
Bold Product Options was great but has stopped working in the past week. No response from the new owners Shop Circle yet. Their support portal seems to be broken also, can't make an account to view my support ticket. *Update, finally managed to speak with someone on live chat & they fixed the issue within a few minutes. We have used it for several years now， it works well. But all my Options set is waiting to be re-synced for 2 weeks， and it doesn't show on my product page.No customer service， no one to help me， I e-mailed and use the live chat， and no real people respond to me， and I am so frustrated. Show more
