This app offers an impressive level of flexibility and customization, perfect for my complicated product options which the standard shopify options weren't able to handle. It's super intuitive and easy to use, even if you have little to no technical experience like me! The support team has been absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful during the initial setup and responded immediately whenever I had questions. They even assisted with more advanced customizations, going above and beyond to make sure everything worked exactly how I wanted. This app has solved so many issues with the buying experience on my website. It’s made the ordering process much easier for customers and has given the site a more polished, professional feel. Quick response and problem solving

The app does what it needs to by adding options. BUT,(and it's a big but) there are several basic shopify features that are disabled when using Hulk. 1) Your addons no longer show up on SHOP or alternate merchant stores like Google or Tiktok. Since it's no longer a variant in Shopify, it's not recognized as an option. 2. You lose the ability to use auto discounts. Auto discounts will glitch the price so customers can check out without the addon prices. 3. Lastly (that i've found so far, 2 days in) You also lose the ability to have quick pay methods in your cart area. This is enabled on checkout or the product pages only. The bugs cause a reading refresh issue that allows customers to checkout without having to pay for the addon. The support is very responsive and I feel they are top notch. They were able to help me understand the limitations of their app, which seems to affect others addon apps and not just theirs. When I first started I wanted it to look like it was seemless with the rest of my website, it doesn't seem like the settings had button shape options to be able to match the style of my shop. They did offer to have a programmer fix it, but I was able to fix it myself via CSS.
