HA Product Options Variants

First of all I'd like to say that I have never submitted a review before to any company, although I read many reviews to make an informed choice . So the fact that I'm actually writing this review for Hulk Product Options is because I feel very strongly about letting other people know how good they are. As a small business owner I have always been overwhelmed by the sheer amount of apps available in the app store. Knowing where to start, who to trust and the amount of time that it takes up, just hoping that you might get a satisfactory app that will work. Initially I started using Hulk Apps Discounts in 2022 , it was recommended by a friend. The help I received from HA setting up the app was immediate, and second to none. As such I have used their Discounts app continuously and will continue to do so, as it works so efficiently. Recently I introduced a new section to our website and I wanted an app that would offer different options and variations of the same product. I naturally looked to Product Options by HA as it provided just what I needed. I also wanted to try if possible to stay within the same family of apps, so I would limit any conflicting apps. The app works straight away and is logical. However in my case, I'm not very clever with doing setups. So I turned to the HA customer support. Their tech support is absolutely brilliant! First through their chat and then email for a more detailed enquiry, and then a phone call was arranged to talk me through all the settings. I would particularly like to thank Sanjaysinh in tech support, who has helped me set up Product Options. He replies immediately to questions and then will set up a meeting if required. He also explains things very clearly and is brilliant with his technical support knowledge. I think it's so important that a company like Hulk Apps takes the time to invest in small businesses. They are obviously very forward thinking and in my opinion, way above the rest. It's very important because it is finding an app company you can trust and that recognises that not every online business has a high spending power, or understands how to set up apps to make them work efficiently. As such, Hulk Apps for us has been amazing and provides a partner to move forward with. As funds allow, I will start to use other apps they provide and I will stay with them for their unwavering help, dedicated personal support and forward thinking for small businesses. They are clearly aware that many businesses that run on the Shopify platform are small and they are prepared to invest their time and customer support. As such these businesses will grow and stay with HA for the long term. I would definitely recommend Hulk Apps and in this case Product Options to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Hulk Apps.

Great app but the best thing customer support is fantastic. Adis was so helpful and gave me great directions!

I was able to chat with Cristian and Iris the day I downloaded this app and they were phenomenal with helping me create my first customized product link. I appreciated their help so much! I'm hoping that the app continues to work as well as the customer service. Thank you Cristian & Iris.
