We've been using this portal now for a couple of years and it just keeps getting better and better. You definitely need an onboarding to ensure it is all set up correctly but once you've done this it is incredible. It saves us so much time. Plus in terms of the monthly/yearly fee, I reckon we get this back by offering gift vouchers as refunds (with a 10%) incentive. The number of customers who opt for this is incredible and what would have been cash refunds turn into gift cards instead. Special mention to Fara also who is so efficient and helpful.
