Wöchentlicher Ausfall von irgendeinem System. Katastrophaler Support. Vertraglich wird zugesichert, dass Artikeldaten an Zalando übertragen werden. Da die Grunddaten seit Monaten nicht korrekt übertragen werden, den Support über das Ticketsystem kontaktiert. Nach 5 Wochen reagierte der Support mit dem Hinweis, dass der angegebene Beispielartikel bereits ausverkauft sei und man deshalb die Anfrage als gelöst einstuft. Nach erneutem Ticket mit zwei weiteren Beispielen vergehen mittlerweile wieder 4 Wochen ohne Reaktion. Wir werden wegen Vertragsverletzung rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
Es ist bedauerlich, dass Apps angeboten werden, aber nicht gepflegt werden. Das Unternehmen ist groß, doch offenbar kümmert sich niemand ausreichend um die Pflege der App. Viele Menschen leben von dem Online-Geschäft. Seit der großen Umstellung bei Plenty hat sich die Situation des Unternehmens verschlechtert: Preise steigen, der Service lässt nach.
Kein Support - App kann man installieren, jedoch kann man keinerlei Einstellungen vornehmen. Die Verbindung von Plenty zu Shopify ist dadurch inaktiv. Außerdem hat Plenty einige Artikel gelöscht ohne Anweisung - bedeutet für uns hohe lost Sales.
