Pickup & Delivery Buddy

This app is perfect for my bakery! I can easily block out dates so customers can only choose my available dates for their cake pickups. Keylay Apps has been SUPER helpful in answering all my questions. Super quick responses. I'm thoroughly impressed. One small thing I wish this app included was the ability to embed just the availability calendar anywhere on my website. For example, on my homepage, I'd like customers to be able to view my availability before they go through the trouble of placing an order and only then finding out their date isn't available. This app is exactly what our business needs! As a highly seasonal business that attends various different markets throughout the year we needed something that would enable our clients to easily schedules times to pick up their products at our various locations, without having to consonantly be in contact with us. The support offered by the developer is extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure whatever the problem I was encountering was taken care of. I must have looked at well over fifteen pick up and delivery apps before deciding on this one by Keylay Apps. I'm glad I did, not only it is aesthetically clean and simple, but customer support is outstanding. Earlier this week I was having an issue with my delivery fee not showing up in my cart, and Kyle was extremely helpful with trouble shooting the problem. After a few back and forth emails, he helped me figure out the solution and now all is working great! Don't be hesitant in asking questions prior to installing this delivery app, or after you've installed it if you're having problems, because customer support is patient and prompt in responding to your emails.
