PayWhirl Subscriptions

This version includes everything I could have hoped for at the price. The app offers a solid API and smooth Klaviyo integration, and the setup process is straightforward. Overall, my experience has been very positive so far, aside from a few minor glitches at the beginning.

Sergey was a tremendous help on chat support. Really liking the app thus far.

The PayWhirl app itself is pretty simple and straightforward, and I received dedicated support from technician Lincoln in setting up our free trial plan! Excited to continue our subscription journey

We don’t recommend this app. We used it for several months and later discovered backend issues that had been costing us revenue — with no clear alerts or way to catch the problem early. When we finally identified the issue, we couldn’t resolve it through the app’s system or support. We were also paying over $100, sometimes even $200 per month, which made the experience even more frustrating. We’ve since switched to Seal Subscriptions, which is not only more affordable but also quickly resolved the issues we were facing. The one bright spot was the customer service — Sergey is extremely friendly and genuinely tries to help. But despite his support, the app just has too many limitations to be sustainable for our business.
