Wir haben diese App längere Zeit genutzt. Jetzt nur nicht mehr, da wir uns von unserem Online-Shop verabschiedet haben. Alle hat super funktioniert. Übertragungen und die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater hat dadurch vieles vereinfacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die schnelle Rückmeldung seitens Pathway bei Fragen. Wir haben diese App lange Zeit benutzt und waren währenddessen bereits sehr zufrieden mit dem Support. Insgesamt haben wir die Zusammenarbeit als sehr angenehm empfunden und können die App jedem weiterempfehlen, der mehrere Zahlungsanbieter mit dem Shop verknüpft hat.

Mangelhafte Umsetzung für Österreich: den Bewertungen zufolge scheint die App für Deutschland gut zu funktionieren. Für Österreich wird ebenso geworben: einfacher BMD-Import, funktionierende Schnittstellen etc. Leider sieht's bisher (trotz sehr bemühtem Support) deutlich anders aus. Damit's in BMD auch wirklich funktioniert (mit EU-OSS) müssen sehr sehr viele Regeln in Pathway manuell angelegt werden. Dafür zahlt man neben dem erheblichen zeitlichen Mehraufwand natürlich wieder jede Menge extra, was die App auch sehr teuer macht. Auf diese Mehrkosten wird vorher nicht hingewiesen. Auch nach dem Setup tauchen jedes Monat neue Fehler auf, die meist erst nach mehreren Wochen/Monaten behoben werden. Ich kann anderen Shops mit Standort Österreich nur empfehlen, nach einer Alternative zu suchen.
Wer hier bei pathway landet hat eigentlich schon gewonnen! Nämlich Zeit, Kosten und Nerven. Ein solch persönliche Unterstützung, professionelle und perfekt vorbereitete Abwicklung im E-Commerce habe ich selten, nein, eigentlich bisher gar nicht erlebt. Mein besonderer Dank geht an Reys sowie auch Dona, die sich enorm Zeit genommen haben und binnen 2-3 Tagen die ganze Buchhaltung, inklusive Meeting mit meiner Steuerberaterin mal kurz vereinfacht haben und alles in die Wege geleitet haben. WAHNSINN!!! 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig, doch bin ich euch extrem dankbar für diese Unterstützung und Einrichtung. Danke Reys! Danke Dona! Aber auch Florian hat mir schnell und persönlich geantwortet. Normalerweise hätte ich nie Zeit eine solch umfangreiche Bewertung zu schreiben, aber pathway hat mir die Zeit verschafft, die ich benötige um mich wieder DEUTLICH mehr auf mein Business zu konzentrieren, anstatt meinen Fokus auf die Buchhaltung zu legen.
