Easy to install and use. I love that the closest pickup points are automatically shown to the customer and the shipment pulls through to my Pargo account without any hassles. We would however appreciate better communications between the collection team and our warehouse as we were left waiting for a parcel to be collected for a few days, which is not the service we would like to provide for our customers. I suggested that they make provision for a parcel to be dropped off at the closest locker in the event that the courier fails to make a timeous collection. Show more
